Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to SSTubes

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement items within 3-5 business days.
